Unfortunately i’m not really allowed to tell you much about this frame, but as you can see it’s a Masi Prestige that is about to get painted. But this is not just a traditional Prestige. It’s the special edition, designed by Faliero, Alberto Masi’s father, with slotted chain stays like the ones seen on the Eddy’s Masi TT bike. A design from the 70’s and still so awesome and hard to copy. Alberto has his secrets, and he wants to keep them.

Right now, the guys from Pelizzoli here in Bergamo are taking really good care of this jewel that soon will be with its owner.

Sorry guys, not everyone can place an order on a frame like this, even if you’re ready to pay the price. The waiting list is long and the few pieces available per year are usually reserved for Masi’s regular customers.

I would also like to take the opportunity to tell you that because of personal problems I might not be able to be in Gaiole this Sunday. My lovely dog got hit by a car and needs to be cared for 24/7… So if I can’t make it (I don’t know yet), have fun for me as well! I’ll see you next year for sure.
